Emergency food and clothing, a listening ear, community referrals, advocacy and other tangible support is provided for those in crisis. It is our desire to give hope and encouragement to all who come to us for assistance.

On the first visit, clients are asked to complete an application and provide identification and proof of income and expenses. Call the office for an appointment at 905-279-3941. to find out the documents that you are required to bring on your first appointment.

Mississauga and Community Services provides Social and community services that primarily focus on nurturing the capacities, skills and strengths of individuals rather than just giving them a hand out. Our services are equally available to qualified individuals or families. All funds and donations received by us is used in supporting our low income families of Mississauga.

An informal time of conversation for newcomers to Canada. Learn to understand and express common expressions, and find answers to your questions. It is a “Drop-in” program and participants do not have to register.
