WOMEN’S SUPPORT GROUP


Take-A-Break is a weekly program for Moms to connect, have fun, learn valuable life skills and establish friendships. Childcare is provided. This program is conducted by Dianne Falkinson our Program Coordinator.

WEEKLY SUMMER CAMPS - 11 to 17 years


This camp is conducted for youth 11 to 17 years of age and there is an opportunity to join three different camps in Northern Ontario. Activities include:

Swimming

Paddling

Canoes

Kayaks

rock climbing and high-rope elements

For older teens, camp includes extreme mountain biking, 3-day canoe trips, fun and adventure.

WEEKLY SUMMER CAMPS - 7 to 10 years


This camp is conducted for 7 to 10 years at The Jackson Point Camp, Lake Simcoe. Activities include:

Singing

Camp fires

CLIENT TRUSTEESHIP


The Client Trusteeship program is responsible for the disbursement and processing of the individual clients monthly income and expenses.

ANGER MANAGEMENT - Men and Women


The definition of anger, anger styles, domestic violence, road-rage and communication are some of the topics discussed during the course.


Course fee: $100.00                           Wednesdays 6:30-8:30pm


Please note that the duration of this course is 8 weeks  and it is available September through to June. Participants receive Certificates upon completion of this course.

RED CAP - Anger Management for kids


The Red Cap Anger Management Program is for elementary aged children. The goal of Red Cap is to have participants come to the point where they will automatically  STOP as they learn to positively deal with their anger. Lessons center around stopping, thinking and problem solving.

Programs run 8-10 weeks in length for 1½ hours each week.


Mom’s and Tot’s Camp


Come and indulge in a break away from the routine of daily life. Grow in your relationship with God as you mingle with other women. The week consists of crafts, games, swimming, relaxation, laughter, biblical teaching and lots of fun.


This Summer Camp for mom’s and their children (ages 0 - 7 years) is conducted at Jackson’s Point Camp.
